浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司采用頂空-氣相色譜-質譜聯用技術,實現對乳及乳制品(液TAI乳、發酵乳、嬰幼兒配方乳粉、冰淇淋)中環氧乙烷和2-LV乙醇的準確定性和定量。樣品于頂空瓶中經稀釋定容后,90℃下平衡20 min,采用HH-624毛細管色譜柱(60 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)程序升溫模式實現目標物色譜分離,質譜采用選擇離子掃描模式對環氧乙烷和2-LV乙醇進行檢測,基質匹配標準曲線法定量。結果表明:該方法在0.1~10.0 mg/L線性良好(R2≥0.99),環氧乙烷和2-LV乙醇在YE態乳、發酵乳和冰淇淋中的檢出限為0.12、0.60 mg/kg;在低、中、高3個加標水平下,2種化合物的平均回收率為75.9%~101.6%,相對標準偏差均小于10%。該方法精密度和準確度良好,且方法靈敏度高,滿足乳及乳制品復雜基質中環氧乙烷和2-LV乙醇的檢測要求。
